Autumn Potluck

Saturday, September 23rd from 12 to 4 PM

"We are birthed into sangha, or sacred community. It's called the world."
-Adyashanti

In this tradition, it is said that there are “three jewels” in which we take refuge from suffering: the Buddha (teacher), the Dharma (teachings), and the Sangha (community). In coming together with others in the community, we are given a sacred space in which to share our wisdom and bring the teachings to life.

Come together with friends, neighbors and family in the Mindful Harlem community to celebrate the power of the sangha to support our practice and our spirit. Our Autumn Potluck is open to all and there is no charge. It is a casual event that gives us the opportunity to get to know each other - to listen, share, learn, ...and, of course, eat. Please bring a dish to share. If you can not bring a dish, please come anyway.

When: Saturday, September 23rd, 12 - 4 PM

Where: 327 W 112th St, 2nd Floor, New York, 10026

Please RSVP with your dish by Sept. 20th via email at elizabeth@mindfulharlem.org or via Facebook (click here)
