Evolution doesn’t always mean progress. It means change. and life can change for better or worse. Today the way we breathing is detrimental to our health. We think because breathing is done unconsciously is something that doesn’t need our attention, think twice. How we breathe affects all things, 90 percent of us, is breathing incorrectly and causing or aggravating a list of chronic diseases.

We take on average 25,000 breaths a day, take a moment in Community to see, feel and learn where all this air is supposed to enter our bodies and how it affects each living molecule in ourselves.

Meditation Instructor
Jean-Sebastien started a Vipassana meditation practice in 2004. Since then he has developed a daily practice and attends regular long-term retreats in both Vipassana and Zen traditions. He is a certified professional mindfulness meditation teacher (CMT-P) with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
His teaching style emphasizes fostering strong meditation basics that provide all the necessary tools for sustained personal practice. For Jean-Sebastien Meditation is about connecting with our true self. In the process, one increases self-knowledge and acquires mental development techniques that help perceive, understand, accept, and overcome one’s own challenges. He sees meditation as a pathway to greater harmony in life.
Jean-Sebastien owns an independent commercial production company and is married to Yoga teacher Celine Antoine.
