Breath

Class Info

Evolution doesn’t always mean progress. It means change. and life can change for better or worse. Today the way we breathing is detrimental to our health. We think because breathing is done unconsciously is something that doesn’t need our attention, think twice. How we breathe affects all things, 90 percent of us, is breathing incorrectly and causing or aggravating a list of chronic diseases.

“Modern research is showing us that making even slight adjustments to the way we inhale and exhale can jump-start athletic performance; rejuvenate internal organs; halt snoring, asthma, and autoimmune disease; and even straighten scoliotic spines. None of this should be possible, and yet it is.” James Nestor

We take on average 25,000 breaths a day, take a moment in Community to see, feel and learn where all this air is supposed to enter our bodies and how it affects each living molecule in ourselves.
