A Mindful Harlem. A Mindful YOU. Take your mind and heart for an inner workout. This program is open to all people regardless of experience. We welcome everyone. We sit, we walk, we practice together and have a supportive and lively discussion following practice.
Meditation & Mindful Movement – Every Saturday Morning – 9am - 10:30am
Open Discussion – Every Saturday Morning – 10:30am - 11:00am
Meditation & Dharma Talk – Every Wednesday Evening – 7:30pm - 8:30pm
