Life is uncertain, isn’t it? We may live in a world that tries to negate this fact, or in one that sees the truth of impermanence but tries to protect itself from the consequences. Our thinking minds, for better or for worse, have the capability to imagine the future based on past experiences. It is an adaptation for survival, as well as a source of worry and indulge anxiety.

The aim of this workshop is to give you a taster of short mindfulness exercises and techniques, and discover what mindfulness feels like in your own experience. It will also be an orientation to what happens on a Mindfulness course so that you can make a decision if a course is right for you.
