This workshop is designed to help you find harmony between long-term aspirations with the approach we bring to the present moment.

Krishna Dholakia

Krishna is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, health coach, and 500-hr certified yoga instructor.  She has extensive training in preventive health and holds a master’s degree in clinical nutrition. Krishna has worked in the health and wellness field for over 13 years. She has helped many individuals improve their health, and the quality of their lives by focusing on changing lifestyle behaviors in the areas of nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, yoga and movement. Krishna enjoys working with people and believes that good health and self-care should be accessible and enjoyed by everyone. She has participated in Mindful Harlem’s 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course lead by Jayne Gumpel, is a member of Mindful Harlem’s “drop in and sit” community, and teaches yoga on Wednesday nights at Harlem Yoga. Start the New Year off with a clear and attainable vision of what you want to achieve, and how you want your life to look. In this integrated and engaging workshop, you will learn techniques like visualization, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga to plan the course of your year. We will explore the connection between emotions, intentions, and goal setting.

Activity: Vision board. Bring magazines if you would like to elaborate your vision board.
